Elite Professional Solutions was founded in January, 2006 by Bryan Rogers and remains
a sole proprietorship.
Biographical Summary
Prior to founding EPS, Mr. Rogers was the Vice President of Sales for International
Rectifier’s Hirel Business Unit which serves the aerospace, defense and space sectors.
Prior to International Rectifier, he was the Executive Vice President of ACI Electronics, a
niche distributor of discrete semiconductors and military grade components. Prior to ACI
Electronics, he was the Vice President of Sales for Omnirel, LLC a manufacturer of power
semiconductors and power hybrids. He began his career at Sensitron Semiconductor, a
manufacturer of discrete semiconductors and power hybrids starting as a Sales Engineer
and progressing to his final position as Director of Sales & Marketing.
Mr. Rogers received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management
Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post Center.
